Okay since I haven't written in awhile, I should try to catch you all up on everything. My electricity has been shut off for non payment! But I still have the most comfortable bed in the world at home, so I just sometimes shower at my cousins or my boyfriends place. I try to keep in mind that it is only temporary, and I will be moving into another apartment on the south side of town with a friend very soon.....May 7th is the tentative move in date. I have never lived on the south side but everyone in Austin agrees that south is truly Austin and is the place to be. I really had only thought of it in terms of distance to where my boyfriend and cousins live. As for the friend that I am moving in with, you all know and adore him...even though we have had our ups and downs, and he still has a massive but benign crush on me, Chino and I will be roomates. The apartment we are moving into is very large...It has vaulted ceilings...it is on the third floor, fireplace, in the living room, and a wraparound balcony complete with storage and washer dryer connections I get the master bedroom!!! Yeah! With adjoining bathroom, dressing room, and walkin closet! Double yeah! I am counting the days. I can't wait to use my new kitchen....but that is a long way off, I must first pack everything up and put some stuff in a storage facitliy, since we will have to cosolidate furniture because of space. I think this will work out well for the both of us, since he never really spends too much time at home, and I am a home body, so I can lay around in my PJ's with the remote in one hand, a glass of La Crema pinot noir in the other, and a simmering pot of swedish meatballs (meatless of course) giving off a wonderful savory aroma from my stove without being bothered too much. Really guys I have been dreaming of this day! But for now, I am still drudging my life away at the dealership for slave wages, and carrying my tote bag with me wherever I go, because these days, I never know when I will get a hot shower, cable tv, and a comfy air conditioned filled living room to relax in even if only for a few hours.
